1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The benglwin website (benglwin.lat) and all its services.

2.3 Account Security

Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. benglwin will not be held responsible for misuse of an account if it is proven that the user did not take proper precautions to protect their information.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from a personal account registered in the same name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Successfully processed deposits are generally credited to the account balance instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account whose name matches the registered account.
• To withdraw funds from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may be held if fraud is suspected or if KYC is incomplete.

3.3 Applicable Currency

All transactions on the benglwin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any exchange rates and additional charges applicable to transactions in foreign currencies are entirely the user's own responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: A deposit of ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳37,000.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. The time limit for meeting wagering requirements and other details are available on the relevant benglwin promotions page.

• Bets placed with bonus balance count as wagering.
• Some games may contribute at a different rate toward bonus wagering — in such cases, the promotion description should be followed.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, artificial betting, or coordinated activity — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, benglwin may cancel the relevant bonus and/or account.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The benglwin VIP program has a total of 5 levels. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher levels, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each level:

• Bronze — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Silver — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• Gold — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.9%.
• Platinum — Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.
• Diamond — Maximum weekly cashback of 1.5%.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. benglwin reserves the right to change the VIP program structure, cashback rates, or benefits at any time. If abuse of the VIP program is proven, benglwin may cancel the relevant user's VIP benefits.

7.1 Data Collection

10.1 Suspension by benglwin

benglwin may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Legal reasons or instructions from a regulatory authority.

10.2 Closure by the User
